Newton LDP in collaboration with Breckon & Breckon were appointed by HDD to market the residential development parcel of the site.

The Vale of White Horse District Council resolved to grant outline planning permission on 22nd January 2025 for a hybrid application which comprised of an Outline application for up to 40 residential units and a full planning application for the erection of a Care Home, subject to the signing of a Sectio 106 Agreement.

A formal marketing campaign for the site was launched in February 2025 for the residential development parcel. We are currently in the process of holding sales and technical pack meetings. Interested parties are invited to submit their bids by 20th March 2025.
