Newton LDP appoints marketing manager to support next phase of growth

Newton LDP has strengthened its operational team with the addition of a newly appointed marketing manager, Tilly England.

Tilly joins the firm with some five years’ experience in marketing, communications and business development within the property and built environment sectors, and has ambitious plans to elevate the brand in line with its growth strategy.

She said: “Newton already has a strong reputation within the sector, so my role is about building on that and supporting the next stage of growth through strategic marketing and communications, further strengthening the firm’s profile across the industry.

“The culture at Newton is built around collaboration and strong relationships, which is something that really stood out to me. Joining a team with such depth of expertise, within a sector I am genuinely passionate about, is an opportunity I am really excited about.

The move marks a return to working with the Newton team for Tilly, having spent some three years supporting them as a client during her time at Wigley Connect. Alongside her previous roles, Tilly has also been involved in industry networks including Sisters in Property and the Future Foundations Network, both of which focus on supporting the next generation of women in the built environment sector.

Managing director, Richard Foxon added: “We’re pleased to be welcoming Tilly back to the Newton team in a newly created marketing manager role. This is a logical next step for us as we grow, further strengthening our brand presence in the industry. Having worked with us before, she understands our business and the growth we have experienced so she is perfectly placed to help us accelerate our marketing efforts.”
