As a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, Will is the director of rural at Newton. Specialising in development opportunities, rural and agricultural agency, land management, valuation and tax planning, his expertise spans over two decades. Will is also a trustee and chairman of Blaston and District Agricultural Show Society.  

Charlotte Gore

As a director of agribusiness, Charlotte’s work varies from management of farm agreements, advising on grant funding and diversification opportunities, and strategic business reviews. With a farming background, she understands the complexities of rural life and can balance day-to-day farming practicalities with a strong expertise in farm accounts and business analysis.  

Richard Sanders   

As a consultant, Richard’s expertise is focused on business restructuring, optimising land use, and succession planning. Richard also has a particular interest in regenerative farming and carbon accounting. With a strong family farming background, he has taken an active role in many local farming organisations such as the National Farmers Union and Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution.
