Newton LDP facilitates successful sale of land for 75 new homes at Ambrosden

Newton LDP is delighted to have sold a parcel of land at Ambrosden near Bicester on behalf of Hallam Land Management Limited.

Hallam Land Management secured outline planning permission for 75 new homes and 12 acres of community woodland at planning committee in December 2023.

George Fox, Director at Newton LDP, said: “The marketing campaign generated significant interest, with over 30 parties requesting access to the Sales & Technical Pack. Despite challenging market conditions in 2023, we were delighted to receive over 15 competitive bids.

Mulberry Property Developments Ltd were selected as the preferred purchaser and performed with credit during legal negotiations”.

The deal marks another successful sale for Newton LDP in Oxfordshire, having recently sold a 90 unit scheme at Chipping Norton earlier in the year.
