We negotiated a promotion agreement with Rosconn Strategic Land who took the site through planning and obtained outline consent for 47 dwellings.
The site was openly marketed, and we received a number of offers. Having shortlisted the offers, we then went through an interview process and a round of ‘best & final’ offers.
Following agreement of terms and legal documents in early 2020, the Covid 19 Pandemic hit the world and we took a moment to take stock of the situation and agree a strategy to move forward.
Fortunately, after a brief hiatus, the deal progressed, and we sold the site to Barry Howard Homes. The site is now complete, and we are considering timescales on a potential second phase on the remainder of the land to the north.
