We identified the site as having development potential and were appointed by the landowner to seek a promotion partner to promote the land on their behalf. Following receipt of a number of proposals, Manor Oak Homes were selected as the preferred partner.
The site now benefits from Outline Planning Permission ‘(with all matters reserved except for means of access) for the erection of up to 43 residential dwellings, including affordable housing, public open space, landscape planting, sustainable drainage system and new access arrangements for New Yatt Road (amended plans)’ (ref:23/00794/OUT).
A formal marketing campaign was launched in July 2025. Interested parties are invited to submit their bids by noon on Wednesday 10th September 2025.
